The main house features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and western-inspired charm throughout. The separate mini house adds a bedroom and private space, making it ideal for couples, grandparents, or anyone wanting a little extra privacy within the group. Step outside to enjoy the spacious yard, yard games, fire pit, and an 8-man hot tub under Idaho skies. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats, and trailers. This setup is perfect for larger families, fishing trips, wedding guests, or friends traveling together who want both connection and space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house and the private mini house, as well as the yard, patio, fire pit, hot tub, and designated parking areas. The shop building and fenced barn/pasture areas are private and not part of the rental space. There is ample gravel parking available for multiple vehicles, boats, and trailers. Other things to note This is a peaceful rural property. You may see wildlife, hear occasional farm activity, or experience natural country surroundings. Please keep doors closed to help manage insects. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM to respect neighbors and the property. No pets without prior written approval (dogs may be considered; no cats). Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees. Events, gatherings, or celebrations must be pre-approved before booking and may require additional agreements or fees. No smoking or vaping inside any buildings. Please follow the posted hot tub guidelines. Excessive cleaning, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges.
