The space The Paradise hosts up to 14 guests: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed w/ private bath Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed w/ private bath Bedroom 3: King Size Bed Bedroom 4: King Size bed w/ private bath and sliding door to the property. Common Area: 2 twin pull-out beds Living Room 1: Full-size pull-out sofa bed Library Room: Full-size sofa extender Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for that perfect family-style meal. Wet bar with counter space and seating, which is complemented by bench-style window seats with views of the property. Additional dining space for 4 is nestled into the alcove in the grand foyer, leading to the library room, which boasts additional living space. Once you reach the library, there is a private entrance into the semi-private pool area. Guest access The Paradise is exclusively yours during your stay, along with the driveway in front of the Home with street access. The Common areas, such as the pool, outdoor bathroom and shower, bar, swing, games, and patio areas, are shared. Other things to note The entire property, to include the additional two homes, is available for group rentals and special occasions (i.e., weddings).
