Room in peaceful home on ranch

Escape the city and stay at this upscale and peaceful home with many amenities. Bright and spacious room with a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space. There is a small fridge in the room and you of course have access to the kitchen as well. Beautiful pool in the back yard and a large south facing front patio with views. The dedicated bathroom may be shared if the other room is rented at the same time. There is an additional half bathroom off the kitchen. Only 40 min from L.A. The space The house is set on a 5 acre horse farm with goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, a pig and of course many horses. This room shares a bathroom with the other room listed so if both rooms are booked you will share a bathroom. There is an additional small bathroom off the kitchen. The kitchen is large and has a big solid wood table. Livingroom features a very large and comfy couch and fireplace. Access to pool area through the livingroom. There are two lounge chairs by the pool and bar stools in the outdoor kitchen. The pool is serviced weekly. The front patio has plenty of seating and beautiful sunsets to enjoy. I live at the house as well but have my own entrance and bathroom so you will have the house mainly to yourselves, I may grab something from the kitchen occasionally if I'm around at all. If you'd like a tour of the ranch while here just let me know! Guest access Guests may use the kitchen and livingroom. Guests may use the pool. Hot tub and waterslide available for a fee. Guests should not go into any animal enclosures unless supervised by host. During your stay Feel free to text me anytime. Other things to note You may hear animal noises from horses, ducks quacking, roosters crowing, coyotes at night, occasional dog bark but overall the rooms are very quiet and no traffic noise.
