Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. * All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts. * Guests are welcome to use the boat slip and lift at their own risk. If you do not know how to operate a boat lift, we ask that you please do not attempt as guests will be responsible for any damages. * Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
