You accept full responsibility for your own safety and that of your guests, including children, and for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. You further agree that the property owners are not liable for such risks, especially for unsupervised children, pregnant individuals, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This waiver constitutes a binding contract between Airbnb Guests and the Host. Guest access Access to entire lower level with private walkout and entire yard. No access to garage, shed or bunkie at this time. Boats cannot be docked on the property overnight due to changing water/weather conditions and risk of damage.
