The space 200 acre farm featuring a Huge grassy yard, wrap around porch, outdoor entertainment area, and a serene wooded backdrop that provides year-round beauty and seclusion. Automatic gate entrance for added security and privacy. Abundance of wildlife to encounter while hiking a trail or sitting by the large fire pits. The small lake was formed by some local beavers ( hence the name) it’s truly a beauty in itself. At night you will be greeted by the songs of the whip or wheel and the bullfrogs at the lake. A true country musical! Guest access You will have access to the whole farm house and outdoor areas. Including the lake, firepits with starter wood, large grill, seating for plenty. All hiking trails, private drive and plenty of parking. Other things to note You will pass the local butcher shop on your way to beaver lake on the same private drive. Where you’re always welcome to stop and get all your grilling needs for your stay. Also a local grocery store just minutes away, as well as other local eateries. There is plenty of parking for guest or entertainment vehicles, work trailers, etc. on the property. Whether you’re here for work or play we have you covered. Just 2 minutes away there is a grocery store with full deli and pizza.
