Cross the Tejo river & enjoy the super views of Lisbon, Belém , the bridge etc. A 2-min walk to the bus stop that take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, Costa da Caparica Beach in 20 minutes! The space Before making the reservation please take into account: It’s necessary to have AN ACTIVE PHONE NUMBER LINE to be able to make lost calls free of charge to be able to open the doors ( WtsApp calls will NOT work) . It’s an old building, entrance key it’s tricky to open & not everyone arrives to do it. If you don’t want to have issues , please make sure you can call from an active phone line, before you make the reservation . We do not have reception or guest service between 20hrs and 6hrs. If you think your check-in will be after 20hrs, we invite you to book that night at a hotel or space with 24-hour service , we will gladly wait for you the next day at our property. Two rooms with double bed, balcony overlooking Lisbon and Cristo Rey Large social area: living room, dining room, space to work, space to enjoy reading or relaxing. Social area separated by a large hall from the bedroom area Fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with shower + 1.5 bathrooms (sink and toilet only) - Basic personal care products are provided only for 2-3 days including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and shower gel. It is a starter kit, for the other days regardless of the length of the stay, and laundry products, the guest will be responsible to acquire what needed. -It is NOT equipped with air conditioning or heating, only ceiling fans in the rooms. It is a ninth floor, to ventilate you only need to open windows. Guest access You will access all the property excepting one little room , where we have our personal stuff. Other things to note -Adults travelling with kids under 18 must send when they do the reservation, a photo of their passports ( both parents & Kids) to prove their relationship.
