First-floor living room, dining room and kitchen are SHARED with other guests. The space The Cinema Room is a one-of-a-kind private lower-level retreat inside historic Laven House. Designed around your own home theater experience, the space features a queen platform bed, large projection screen and four reclining theater chairs—perfect for settling in with a movie, popcorn and your favorite snacks. Your private space also includes a bathroom and kitchenette area with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee amenities, giving you added convenience during your stay. Laven House has three additional guest accommodations. Guests are welcome to enjoy the SHARED first-floor living rooms, dining room, kitchen and back porch. Please note: You are reserving the private Cinema Room on the lower level of Laven House, not the entire house. Guest access Your reservation includes the private lower-level Cinema Room, including the sleeping area, home theater, bathroom and kitchenette. Guests also have access to Laven House’s SHARED first-floor common spaces, including the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and back porch. These areas may be used by guests staying in the other rooms at the inn. The Cinema Room and its bathroom and kitchenette are reserved exclusively for you during your stay.
