The space Lower level has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, a large living room with comfortable leather reclining sofas and a gas fireplace. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen, and the third has a sofa bed, allowing the space to be used as a second living area. It has a small game table and karaoke machine, along with tv. There is a full kitchen and dining area, laundry area and mudroom area. The upper level has a queen bedroom with full bathroom, and a bedroom with a twin trundle bed and attached full bathroom. The patio area has plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air and roast marshmallows at the firepit. The house is located at the end of a dirt road, offering tons of privacy. The home is thoughtfully cared for and offers all the modern comforts you need – fast Wi-Fi updated appliances, and cozy, inviting spaces. At the same time, it is a very old farmhouse, and with that comes personality and a few quirks you may notice along the way.
