Full of classic farmhouse charm, this 5 bedroom/5 bathroom house is spacious enough for the whole family. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom making this an ideal choice for larger groups to enjoy their own spaces. Tucked away on a quiet, NH dirt road, you'll enjoy the sounds of nature and a night sky full of stars, while still being within close distance to the area's top attractions. A beautifully maintained outdoor patio includes a firepit for roasting marshmallows and plenty of seating. The space Lower level has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, a large living room with comfortable leather reclining sofas and a gas fireplace. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen, and the third has a sofa bed, allowing the space to be used as a second living area. It has a small game table and karaoke machine, along with tv. There is a full kitchen and dining area, laundry area and mudroom area. The upper level has a queen bedroom with full bathroom, and a bedroom with a twin trundle bed and attached full bathroom. The patio area has plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air and roast marshmallows at the firepit. The house is located at the end of a dirt road, offering tons of privacy. The home is thoughtfully cared for and offers all the modern comforts you need – fast Wi-Fi updated appliances, and cozy, inviting spaces. At the same time, it is a very old farmhouse, and with that comes personality and a few quirks you may notice along the way. Floors might creek and nothing is perfectly square, but that’s all part of the charming history that makes staying here special!
