Parties or events have fees above regular price, please contact me with any questions. We can have it fully set with tables chairs audio for events. There is jet ski rental, and pontoon boat rental available conditions permitting. We do clean and treat for bugs, being on the Lake it cannot be 100% free of it, especially when it rains they come out. Life jackets may be in bin or out of it as being put away wet makes them smell.
