Enjoy Lake Champlain from this gorgeous two-bedroom home in Upstate NY. This partial A-Frame offers tons of sunlight in the main living areas and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Bringing a larger crew? Two couches in the living area transform into comfortable queen-size sleeping, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Spend your time relaxing by the lake, paddling on a kayak or canoe, taking a trip to nearby Vermont or Montreal, exploring local hiking options, and more! Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy! We ask that you keep to the beach area directly in front of the house and not wander onto the neighboring properties. Please note we do NOT have a dock at this location. The shoreline is rocky and uneven. Due to rocks and sharp zebra mussels, we strongly recommend using water shoes. All outbuildings are off limits. This home has a number of stairs inside and out; please be aware this location may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or very small children.
