Spacious Downtown Loft

Newly renovated downtown loft. Walking distance to a coffee shop, pizza, bodega, gas station, chinese food, dollar store and more. Cozy enough for 1-2 people and plenty of space for 6-8. 6 miles from Sacandaga Lake, 8 miles to Caroga Lake and the Adirondacks, 25 miles to Saratoga. Designated gym time for our guests during the day. Plenty of off street parking. Brand new park across the street. Our place is located on the second floor of an industrial building, well lit, safe and secure! The space Our loft is one big open space. We do have the sleeping areas/bed rooms separated for privacy. We are located on the second floor of our building so there are two flights of stairs to gain access. Our address is 91 N Main St, but there is no front door to our building our main entrance door is in the rear of the building which is also where our parking lot is located. We have a bright red door to enter the build you cannot miss it! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the second floor loft apartment only, we do also have a bar room located downstairs that is not included in the Airbnb stay but can be rented by contacting me. We also have a basketball gym that has designated times set aside for our airbnb guests in the morning or afternoon!
