Bedroom 2 offers queen size bunk beds with memory foam mattresses & a view of the bay. Bedroom 3 offers full size bunk beds with memory foam mattresses & a view of the bay. Utility room with washer & dryer. Living room with wood burning fireplace & smart tv. High speed internet with YouTube tv included. Or log into your favorite streaming apps. Guest access Entire house & property with the exception of the garage. Other things to note This home does not have A/C currently, we are hoping to update that in the near future. There are fans & most of the time there is a nice breeze that comes off the bay. There will be partial A/C by summer of 2026. This home has well water with a water softener. Please note because of the hardness of the water, there is a slight tint to the water, & a very slight smell. There is a water dispenser available if you prefer for drinking, & an ice maker. We are still in the progress of working on the yard, we had trees removed, and are waiting on some top soil to be delivered. By summer of 2026 the yard will be much better. The property next door is an extension of the listing property, offering you a larger area to park vehicles, or boats. (N1100)
