The space The Magnolia Room is a large airy bedroom on the 2nd floor east with one queen bed and a private en suite full bath. Large pedestal tub with shower, original octagon floor tile, original subway tile walls, original woodwork and hardwood floors. Ceiling fan, black out curtains, luggage racks, strong wi-fi, large closet and central air and heat. Guest access Besides the guest room, guests have access to the large living area on the first floor with television and games There is a large wrap-around front porch and a huge partially fenced in front yard. Ice water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available 24/7 in the dining room. During your stay We reside on site and are always available to assist you. Other things to note Our cat Henry and puppy, Imogene, reside in the house. We keep them out of the guest rooms, but those with severe cat allergies may be uncomfortable.
