Spring Brook Bungalow

Peaceful retreat minutes from Montage. Get the best of both worlds. Enjoy sunlight through the skylights in the morning, the sound of spring brook rushing nearby, and plenty of birds and other wild visitors. Yet, we are less than ten minutes up to Montage Mountain, the Rail Riders baseball stadium, and the amphitheater. We hope that you enjoy our home and all the unique little glimmers of joy it has to offer. The space Our bungalow offers one bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a twin futon in the living room with a memory foam mattress that accommodates one person. Great for short or long stays as we are equipped with a full kitchen, full bath, and laundry washer and dryer. Other things to note A couple notes: We do have a cat who stays with us at the house when we are there. While we put all of his stuff away for when guests visit, you may find a stray toy here or there. If you are allergic to cats, please plan accordingly. There is a second home on the property at the end of the driveway where our caretaker resides with a friendly and very well-behaved dog. We ask that guests please respect their spaces and privacy on the back half of the property. Cell service for some carriers is spotty on the property. T-Mobile is iffy, AT&T seems to be ok. But once you check in, connect to our WiFi, and you should be good to go.
