Other things to note • The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. • If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. • Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit. • This is a unit in a timeshare condo within a hotel-style apartment complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit; the exact unit is assigned at check-in . The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishing, decor, and layout. • This is a timeshare property, and guests are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you to attend one, you have the freedom to decline their invitation. • Shuttle services are not included in the booking fees and can be purchased in the main lobby.
