Charming 1 bedroom basement apartment! Few minutes drive from local attractions of Mont Ste Marie Ski hill, Velo MSM (mountain biking trails), Lac Ste-Marie, Tennis court, Golf course. Self checkin to private suite using keypad access. Free car and boat trailer parking for guests. Minutes away from grocery, SAQ and public boat launch. No smoking, no parties. The space Our property covers 4 acres surrounded by trees and 2 seasonal creeks where you can listen to birds and flowing water sounds. Large backyard is yours to enjoy during your stay whether you choose to play lawn games, or watch the sunrise over the lake from the gazebo with morning coffee. Inside you will find a queen size bed, a pull out couch and standard kitchen amenities including a countertop oven and microwave (the suite doesn't have stove/oven). On the TV guest has free access to Netflix account for those lazy/rainy days. Wifi is complementary! Guest access Access to the suite is by a keyless door lock with a PIN code that will be sent before check-in. There is also a rear entrance to the apartment that opens into the backyard. Guests have full access of the yard and outdoor sitting area, however, we ask that you stay out of the barn for safety reasons. Other things to note Our property is near the lake, ski hill but is not a waterfront property. Public dock/boat launch is 2 minutes drive from our home. Mont Sainte -Marie ski hill and golf course are 10 minute drive. 2 minute drive to local grocery store and SAQ. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, counter top oven and all essential kitchen dish-ware/utensils. **No stove**. Driveway is shared with owners but there is plenty of space for multiple cars and boat. Wood for the fire pit is provided at an additional cost. We have two dogs that are friendly. Please let us know if dogs aren't your thing and we will make sure they stay on leash whenever we take them outside. We live in the main house above the basement suite and will be a text away in case there are any questions or issues.
