Note: While the main stairway to the beach is currently under repair, shore access is still available via the north side of the property. Guest access Entrance to the 4 bedroom home is primarily through the front door that enters into the kitchen. The home has 4 other doors: 1. Formal entry door facing the road. 2. Sliding door to the deck. 3. Door from breezeway to deck. 4. Door from the garage. Guests will have full, private access to: The entire 2,000 sq. ft. home 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen Washer and dryer Spacious living and dining areas High speed WiFi Outdoor deck with seating and bay views Large yard Water access and beach (best at low tide if you want maximum space) Private driveway with parking. Note: the garage has owners personal belongings. Restrictions: 1.) Until the stairs are repaired, please use sloping pathway to the beach. 2.) There are two out buildings for storage, please be mindful these are owners personal belongings. Other things to note Beach Access: The main stairs to the beach are currently being repaired, but access is still possible via the north side of the property. Please use caution when navigating this area. Additional Unit: There is a separate apartment above the garage that may be rented during your stay. It has a private entrance and does not share living spaces. Waterfront Conditions: The beach is best enjoyed at low tide, when there’s more sandy shoreline to explore. Tide charts are available upon request or Apps may be recommended. Wi-Fi & Cell Service: Wi-Fi is available, but please note that due to our coastal location, cell service can be spotty with some carriers. Wildlife: You may spot eagles, seals, deer, and other wildlife right from the yard or beach—bring your binoculars! Please be careful driving on Route 166, some cars drive fast and deer can be present in the road. Local Markets & Dining: Tozier’s Market, Bucksport House of Pizza, Carriers, Warrens and Crosby’s Drive-In are local favorites, and Castine offers great dining options just minutes away.
