Barn Loft at Willow Spaces Pond 45 min to Sequoias

Escape to our cozy barn loft nestled on a serene 8-acre property in the quaint town of Exeter, California. Spend your days relaxing by our private one-acre pond- perfect for a walk, paddling in the canoe, or enjoying a friendly game of ping pong or corn hole. Have a quiet picnic under the willow tree, soak in the sights and sounds of local birdlife, or visit the horses and grazing cattle. After exploring the tranquility of the pond, you’re just a 45 drive to the majestic Sequoia National Park. The space Rustic Comfort in a Private Barn Loft Our barn loft is a private, open-concept space located upstairs in our barn, offering a peaceful retreat with modern amenities. Inside, you’ll find a plush king-size bed, dining area, couch, loveseat, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a farmhouse sink, refrigerator, microwave, Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven, hot plate, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (single serve & carafe), and a hot water kettle. Please note: Access to the loft requires climbing a steep indoor staircase. Just behind the barn, you’ll find an outdoor seating area, gas BBQ and a Blackstone grill dedicated for you to use during your stay. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the pond and rest of the property. The lower level of the barn is a shared space with us, the owners. If you’d like to use the downstairs area—such as the ping pong table or corn hole setup—please let us know in advance and we can make sure it is set up for you! If you need more lodging for your party we also have another listing on the property that sleeps 6 and allows dogs. It is on the other side of the property and has its own front and backyards. At times, you may see these guests enjoying the pond as well. Guest access Guests will park behind the barn. To access the loft, you will go in the brown door in the front of the barn. As you enter, you will turn left and go through the white door. There you will find the steep staircase leading up to the barn loft. You will be given a code to the keypad. Other things to note Please note that swimming or diving in the pond is not allowed. While it’s a beautiful spot to relax, much of the pond is shallow and full of natural life. Guests must sign a waiver to access the pond area and use the canoe or boat. Children must be supervised at all times near the water and throughout the property. Parties are not permitted. To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our property is bordered by working farms, so you may occasionally hear agricultural equipment or activity. You’ll be surrounded by walnut, mandarin, kiwi, and plum orchards—in addition to our horses and neighbor’s cattle! Please enjoy watching them, but do not feed the animals. Next to the barn, you’ll find a variety of fruit trees. Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy seasonal fruit—just be sure to leave some for others and for us! Finally, this is a true country escape. While we have professional pest control, expect to see the occasional bugs, frogs, lizards, squirrels, or turtles—alongside plenty of birds and the natural scents and sounds of farm life.
