This updated condo is near shopping, restaurants and bus hub. It is located about one mile from Utah State University campus. Features granite countertops, newer flooring, fixtures and stainless steel appliances with onsite laundry and outdoor swimming pool. The space One bedroom has a queen bed the other has two twin-sized beds. There is a coin-op laundry in the lower middle corridor on the south side of the building. The swimming pool is generally open during summer months closing around Labor Day in September. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole unit as well as swimming pool (only during the summer season) and the laundry room downstairs.
