Large yard plus breezeway for year-round relaxation. Families, groups and mobility-focused travelers, welcome! The space 🏠This home is in the heart of Reynolds Corners, Toledo. Enjoy a stay in a quiet neighborhood. Located conveniently by Dorr & 475, it's an ideal location for all sorts of travelers. 👋You'll be welcomed with a spacious, comfortable breezeway, perfect for enjoying an evening outside and sheltered from the elements. You'll enter into the combined dining/kitchen area. 👩‍🦽 Wheelchair ramps are available upon request, making the entry from the driveway very accessible. Without the ramps, there is 1 step up into the breezeway and another into the house. One ramp is 4’ long, the other is 2’. I understand these may still be a little steep, but I hope it will make your stay a little more accessible! 🍽️Both the dining area and kitchen are modest in size but fully stocked and designed for the use and comfort of our guests. Folding chairs can be added (stored in bedroom #2's closet). 🍳The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas range stove and dishwasher. You’ll also find a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker. I provide pods and regular grounds. The cupboards are well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, flatware, cups and mugs. I also supply salt pepper, cooking oil. 🛋️Further in, you'll see the spacious living room with a reclining sofa and chair. The entire house boasts of natural light with large windows. Please note: to help keep the listing affordable and eco friendly I’ve opted for secondhand furniture in some areas, as result, things may show some scratches and signs of wear (all beds and mattresses were purchased brand new in 2025). 🚽Go down the hall and you'll be greeted with a full (accessible) bathroom straight ahead. The hallway is approximately 36" wide at the narrowest part. All doorways on the lower level have been expanded and are at least 32" wide. Both bathrooms have toilets at "comfort height" (seat is 18" from the floor), and the lower bathroom has ample grab bars, walk in accessible shower with low threshold (3" so walk in but not exactly roll in) and built in shower seat. 🛁 There are extra towels in the downstairs hallway linen closet and extra blankets in the bedroom closets. 👑🛏️To the right of the bathroom, you'll find bedroom #1. It has a king-sized bed, a large closet with plenty of hangers and space to hang clothes, a luggage rack for suitcases, a table under the smart TV mounted on the wall, and floating bedside tables on either side of the bed. Like all bedrooms, the lamps are equipped with wireless charging stations, and there are ample outlets and USB plugs throughout the space. 👑🛏️Across the hall (to the left of the bathroom), you'll find bedroom #2. It's the second of 3 king beds in the house and has a lower platform base for ease of transfer for guests with mobility needs. The top of the mattress sits approximately 23" from the floor. This room does not have a headboard; this was done intentionally so the bed could be easily moved to the side if guests require additional space on one side for mobility devices. The bedside tables in this room are very lightweight and easily moved if needed as well. This room, like all of the bedrooms in the house, has been outfitted with not only blackout shades but curtains as well. Each bedroom also has an alarm clock that can function as a nightlight or white noise machine- we want all of our guests to get a good night's sleep! 🛁Up the stairs are the other two bedrooms, and directly at the top of the stairs is the second full bath. This bathroom features a standard bathtub/shower combo, perfect for children. There is a baby bath seat available in the upstairs king bedroom. 👑🛏️ Up to the left of the bathroom, you'll find the third king bed in a spacious room. In this room's closet, you'll find the baby bath seat as well as a pack n play with sheets. 🧒👶To the right of the upstairs bathroom, you'll find the fourth and final bedroom. This room features 2 twin beds, a dedicated work area with desk and a computer chair, and an armoire in which to hang clothes and store items. Extra bedding can be found under the bed to the right. 🐶The house has a large backyard. Please note the yard is not fully fenced and animals must be under control at all times. 🔋🚗 Outside of the garage is 1 plug for electric vehicle charging. It's a NEMA 14-50R (50 amp, 240 volts). **Guests need to bring their own cords/plugs/adaptors.** Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, except for 3 locked areas (an upstairs closet, a downstairs closet, and a downstairs linen closet). The garage is NOT included in the listing and is NOT accessible to guests. Other things to note 🏠We (the hosts) live in the neighborhood. As result, we do keep an eye out and are available to assist in a pinch almost immediately. The property is monitored externally by cameras, this is for your safety and ours. We do respect our guest's privacy and usually keep to ourselves. We do require full names of adults staying at the property and ages of any children. 🧑‍🌾While you stay, we will NOT enter the property to change linens or clean. We may need to come to do exterior yard work and maintenance This includes raking leaves, shoveling snow, fence repair, etc. We may need access to the garage on the property as well. 🧑‍🦽While we have made significant changes to the house to make it more accessible to all travelers, it is an older home, and we know it is not completely ADA compliant and still might not meet the needs of all travelers. 🐕Animals are welcome in our house. The pet fee is $57 for the first and $50 for each additional pet, with a 3 pet maximum. Please note: - Additional funds for more than 1 pet will be requested upon booking (Airbnb does not automatically charge it, guests will need to approve the additional funds request). - The backyard is NOT fully fenced. - Pets are not allowed on the furniture. - When pets are left alone, they must be in crates (I don't provide crates; guests must bring their own). - Species apart from dogs are subject to our approval. Absolutely no cats or birds. 🐜 Bugs, including ants, flies, and spiders, are part of our local environment. As a result, there’s a possibility of seeing some around, and possibly in the home. We do pay for quarterly remediation through Orkin, and our cleaners are very thorough. We are always happy to send out our Orkin guy in between visits if there’s a problem.
