The space Enjoy a smarter setup than you expect: Two separate units, a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom, that give you space and comfort, plus shared resort-style amenities. • The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in. • There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 1 mile driving distance. 2-Bedroom Unit: - 5 guests maximum - First Bedroom: Queen bed - Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds - Living Room: Queen sofa bed - One full bathroom and one half bath 1-Bedroom Unit: - 4 guests maximum - Queen bed - Living Room: Queen sofa bed - One full bathroom In Each Unit, You’ll Enjoy: • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: dishes, silverware, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, and a designated dining area. • Private balcony for relaxing and enjoying fresh air • Washer and dryer, so you can pack light and keep everything fresh • Cozy fireplace in the living area for added comfort Please note that this mountain retreat requires stair access, as there are no elevators, adding to the property's rustic charm. Guests have exclusive access to the condo. While the resort amenities are shared with other guests in the building, your suites are your own private space. Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️The guest who makes the reservation must be physically present at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. ✔️ The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit; the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1 mile driving distance. ✔️ Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit ✔️ Stairs are required; there are no elevators. ✔️ No air conditioning. ⚠️This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
