My husband and I fell in love at first sight with this beautiful place. So we have moved here our whole life. Ideally located on the hill of Morrona,this landscape affords unique views over the hills near Pisa,put us in direct contact with a calm nature and gives us a wonderful spectacle of the fascinating and surprising course of seasons. Walk in the immediate surroundings to the farms and cellars connected through the ancient wine routes (you are in the middle of the Chianti Docg territory); In just 30 minutes you can reach Volterra, Pisa, Viareggio, San Gimignano, the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and dozens of characteristic villages where it seems that time has stopped. In just an hour you can reach Florence, Lucca, Siena, the Apennines, the Apuan Alps with their marble quarries and the Cinque Terre. We are 10 minutes away from the Terme di Casciana with its beneficial thermal pools and spas where you can regenerate.
