Private bedroom with private attached bedroom in shared home five blocks from Hopkins! The space This private bedroom, complete with an attached full private bathroom, is now available. You'll share the home with two other guests, each with their own private bedroom and bathroom as well. There is an additional $250 monthly utility contribution that will be applied to your reservation. A payment request will be sent on the first day of your stay and every 30 days thereafter with the final rate being prorated if applicable. For everyone’s safety, we require a picture of the front and back of your ID upon booking the reservation. Other things to note Check-In Requirement Please note that we require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us keep the home safe and secure. The name must match the reservation. HOUSE RULES To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines for your room: Cleanliness: Please ensure common areas are kept clean and tidy and dispose of trash appropriately. Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during the quiet hours of 10:00pm-7:00am. Please be mindful of shared spaces and your roommates. Personal Property: Respect the personal property of others and ensure that your own belongings do not encroach on common areas. Guests: Overnight guests are not permitted. If you plan to have guests over, please inform your roommates in advance. Ensure that your guests respect the house rules and common areas. Security: Please make sure to lock the door and ensure all windows are shut and locked when leaving the home. Always lock your room door when you leave and verify that windows are securely closed when not in use. Shared Spaces: Respect common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Please clean up after yourself in these areas and show respect for others’ food and personal items. Smoking Policy NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside of the house or directly outside of the house. Respect and Communication: Communicate openly and respectfully with your roommates.
