We have an exemption, "NO CHEMICALS" in the pools due to the affluent water emptying into an E.P.A. protected habitat. RECHARGE after a day of hiking and an exhilarating soak. The space New Laundromat on site. Just $3.00 a load. Beautiful remodeled Resort featuring a safe and clean desert ramada to rest at and Gods Water From The Great Deep to soak in. A community room with a large screen TV, popcorn popper, about 1000 DVD's, books to read and recliners to rest on. The 3 mineral hot pools features Gods Water From the Great Deep. This "water" has no chemicals. We have an exemption. The pools are serviced, managed and sanitized through out the day and night by me ( Ray) the owner. I recommend that each person bring 1 gallon of drinking water per day because our water is very high in pH and mineral content which results in being very nauseated, therefore we do not permit anyone drinking this high pH and high mineral enriched mineral water. Welcome to Therapeutic Hot Springs Resort where bodies "change" in HIS water. The NO's. NO loud "obnoxious" people. NO drunks or drug addicts imposing on the peace and solitude of others. NO guests that have NOT paid a $35.00 guest fee. NO using electrical outlets to charge electric cars. NO animals without paying a pet fee in pet friendly lodging. RECHARGE is pet friendly. $75.00 pet sanitation fee required. ( We have specific charging stations for a charge) Guest access AirBnB Guests have full access to the park - and to 3 mineral hot pools open around the clock, plus a beautiful community room which features recliners, tables, a tread mill, games, electronic games, books, dvd's, a large TV, and a popcorn popper with popcorn available. This room opens at 8 and closes at 9PM. We have a new laundromat on site - so if your clothes are dirty - get er done here. The China Date Ranch is located about 12 minutes to the South featuring fresh dates from a small stream hidden by the desert mountains. A mobility scooter is available for our AirBnB guests which are physically challenged, have walking disabilities or are handicapped. The scooter provides transportation to and from the 3 pool houses and the community room. No charge. Welcome to Tecopa Palms Therapeutic Hot Springs Resort.
