The house sits on almost an acre of land and there is a very large deck at the back of the house. Guests have the shared use of the kitchen and laundry room. No smoking and no vaping of any sort on the premises . Guests who are observed smoking or vaping inside the home will be asked to leave immediately the reservation will be canceled without refund. Close to the University of Richmond, the Collegiate school, local hospitals (including St Mary’s, Henrico Doctors, Chippenham), shopping, and restaurants. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of a private bedroom and private bathroom. Guests have shared use of the kitchen and laundry room and other public spaces. Please refrain from entering other bedrooms. Other things to note This property has a strict no smoking and no vaping policy.
