Barndominium with fenced 2 acre yard

If you have ever wanted to stay in a barndominium, this is the chance. The driveway is lined with pecan trees. Our surroundings are rural and quiet. We have beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the back porch. This is a good location to get away for a long weekend. Bring your dog or a bike. The space The 1 bedroom has a king sized bed. There are 1.5 baths. The loveseat folds out into a bed if needed. We have on demand hot water so the hot water never runs out. Enjoy a slow start to your day with morning coffee on the front porch. The sunsets from the back porch are also beautiful. The fenced area is approximately 2 acres. We ask that you clean up after your pet inside the fenced area. You are welcome to walk your dog in the back pasture but it is not fenced. We do not require the poop to be picked up in the back pasture. All of our countertops are at bar height and the stove and dishwasher are also elevated. There are no steps and all of our doorways are 36” wide. The sinks are not wheelchair accessible and there are no hand bars in the bathrooms. Guests can park in the covered, open portion of the barn. We recently have added WiFi. The cell service is not great. You may have to sit on the front porch to have enough signal. There is a TV with Roku and Blu-ray player with some movies in the living area. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and coffee pot. The paved road frontage is great for walks as it is not a busy street. Guest access The entire house and open barn portion is available to guests. The 'barn' portion to the right of the open parking is off limits to guests. Guests have access to the back portion of the pasture for walks or walking dogs without having to pick up poop. Other things to note We are in a rural area. There are only a few restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The closest grocery store is 10 minutes away. I would recommend bringing groceries with you especially if you like a specific brand of anything. Gas stations are also limited and the closest one is 10 min away.
