The house by the sea is certainly one of the most beautiful villas on Wilhelmstrasse, known for its magnificent spa architecture, and has 8 units. Built around the turn of the century, it was extensively renovated and lovingly restored in 1999. The spacious apartment 6 on the 2nd floor offers you a wonderful holiday home on approx. 65 sq. m. There is 1 double bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) with access to the conservatory. In the cozy living area you have a 50-inch Samsung smart flat-screen TV and a Grundig stereo system with CD player and Bluetooth function. When arriving with a 3rd and/or 4th person (preferably children), the couch in the living area can be converted to a comfortable bed. For a 3rd/4th person will be charged an additional 6.00 euros/night. As well as another laundry package for 16.00 euros/person. From the living area, the guest enters a small, fully equipped kitchen with ample kitchen equipment, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, etc. To the front side, in the direction of the picturesque Wilhelmstrasse, the living area borders the glazed conservatory in front, which allows you to enjoy a fantastic view of the promenade of Wilhelmstrasse (curtains available as sun protection). Enjoy your vacation time in the wonderful atmosphere of the conservatory, where the dining area and a lounge corner are located. The windows can all be opened and in every season you can particularly feel the charm of living in a vacation villa from the beginning of the last century. Furthermore, there is a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with hand washbasin in the apartment. Throughout the apartment there are laminate and tiled floors. 1 dog is a welcome guest after prior registration. We charge a one-time fee of 27 euros. Dogs are "welcome," but we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in/on beds or on furniture. The apartment has 1 parking space, which is included in the travel price. This is located behind the building. Furthermore, there is 1 storage shed for bicycles incl. an e-bike charging point, handcart or beach essentials. A washer and dryer are available in the house (coin-operated). Vacationing in this apartment is a casual vacation with a historic ambiance in the spa style. Please do not smoke in the apartments.
