Other things to note Please note that the owner lives in the basement level, which has a completely separate and private entrance. Guests have full access to the main floor and the entire garden area. For safety and security, there are two exterior cameras: one facing the front entry and another overlooking the driveway. These cameras are motion-activated and monitor only exterior areas. Airbnb may show a general message about pets, but please keep in mind that the property allows only one dog per reservation. If additional pets arrive without prior approval, an unauthorized pet fee of $50 will apply to cover extra cleaning and wear.
