Our 45 m² apartment in Falkenberg district Taufkirchen has a separate entrance and a nice terrace for your own use. In the village, there is a good bourgeois inn with an adjoining butcher's shop, a basic food supply and fresh baked goods in the immediate vicinity. The space Fully equipped kitchenette with coffee pod machine, kettle, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, pots, pan and dishes. Living room with sofa bed and dining area, flat-screen TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, access to the terrace. Bedroom with double bed (bedding is provided). Bathroom with shower and toilet. One hand/shower towel per person per stay is provided. The apartment has underfloor heating and a ventilation system. A parking space is located directly in front of the house entrance. A crib can be provided upon request. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Guest access Guests are welcome to share the terrace and the adjoining meadow property!
