The space This is a newly renovated basement apartment suite with 2 bedrooms and a spacious family room and partial kitchenette. Bedroom #1 has a King with a picture window where you can take in an amazing view of a piece of the Columbia River valley. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a nook for reading or sitting to enjoy the view! The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator (please note that there is not a kitchen sink but have made accommodations as needed). The family room has a couch that can fold out into a queen sized bed. There is also a dining room table. Our spacious bathroom has shower/tub and large sink area. Guest access Apartment entrance is the back of the house. Follow the sidewalk around to enter. Enjoy the patio! Access is available to all unlocked areas in the basement! Other things to note Since we live on the main floor of the house, you will occasionally hear us moving around. Guests have reported minimal noise. We are mindful of variable sleep and activity schedules so please communicate any requests.
