On the edge of a working Christmas tree farm overlooking the Hershey countryside, The Cottage on 80th is less than a 2-hour drive from major cities like DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York; only 30 minutes from Lancaster, and a quick 8-minute drive to Hershey – we are close to every major attraction but removed from noise and busyness. Completely remodeled, thoughtfully furnished, curated with local artists, and outfitted with everything you need to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The space The cottage is only feet away from the main residence. But there is plenty of privacy and designated parking for your vehicle. No more than 2 vehicles unless approved by the owner. A very large shared yard wraps around the entire property and overlooks a working Christmas tree farm and the city of Hershey. You can sit on your private back patio and enjoy the serene landscape. A large bonfire is at the base of the property which we are happy to get going for you. We also have a small chimney on your private patio. You will be sharing the property with the owners, their 3 children, a dog, a cat, and some chickens! The whole space is yours to enjoy. *We specialize in girls' getaways! Mom's outings and bridal parties are welcome. We always leave the porch light and yard lights on so that you can find your way. *outside camera monitoring in place Guest access The cottage is located directly behind the main residence. The circular driveway allows for easy access. Choose an entrance and follow it behind the main house. Parking is directly in front of the cottage. Just leave the driveway open for everyone. Come and go as you please. Keypad door lock. Other things to note This is a countryside property. We do our best to clean up after the animals, but be on the lookout for droppings from the surrounding wildlife and occasionally our chickens.
