This area hosts excellent restaurants in walking distance including The Italian Osteria. Colossus Movie Theatre is right down the street for a relaxing night out. The space features 1 Queen Bed in the Main Bedroom and 1 Double bed in the Secondary bedroom The owner is a lover of music, a piano is located in the guest room for your enjoyment. This suite is private from the above floor and features a Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, TV, Electric Fireplace, Wi-Fi, Parking on the right side of the driveway (EV charger if requested), quick access to the Bus station (Carvolth Exchange), and Highway. **The owner lives upstairs with his 5 year old son and indoor cat- The suite is well insulated and private. Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement suite, Featuring 2 Rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, laundry space and backyard. Please feel free to sit outside and enjoy the yard! The BBQ is located under the deck stairs, the fire-pit in the backyard near the garden is for your enjoyment as well. Other things to note Enjoy all the amenities and the cosey kitchen and living room as you eat breakfast and enjoy a coffee while looking out into the neighborhood. If you are requesting to bring a pet, please add to the booking page My son and I live upstairs with our indoor cat in a private, non- accessible section of the house.
