Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of the garage, which is not available for guest use. Other things to note * No smoking indoors – $250 penalty + cost of odor removal if violated * Excessive cleaning – additional cleaning fee based on severity * Police involvement / disturbances – $250 fee for nuisance complaints or violations of local laws * Unauthorized guests / parties – fee per person or flat penalty $50/guess * Checkout time must be respected. Late checkout is only allowed with prior approval and is charged at $50 per hour. 15 minutes past the hr the full $35 will be charged. Any unapproved late checkout will automatically incur hourly charges and may affect future booking eligibility.
