Welcome to The Cozy Carriage House, a stylish studio retreat in the heart of Wooster—just a short walk to the college and minutes from downtown boutiques. Enjoy a king bed with plush linens, a reclining sofa, and an 87” smart TV ready for movie nights. Sip coffee from the Nespresso bar, unwind by the fire pit, or relax in the covered hot tub. Thoughtful seasonal décor and personal touches make every stay warm, elegant, and unforgettable. The space Our home was built in 1901 and was beautifully refurbished before we were lucky enough to buy it. The home came with a sweet little guest house that we call The carriage house. We love sharing with others to enjoy. There is plenty of parking so if you are visiting family or traveling in a group please feel free to use the outdoor area to talk around the campfire or even play some croquet. Guest access Guest can feel free to use the fire pit and patio directly outside the guesthouse. Guest will usually find us on the front porch drinking coffee, guest are more than welcome to join us . We have plenty of chairs in addition to some longe chairs. Other things to note All bedding pillows and linens included. There is a nice queen air mattress with full bedding and pillows if needed. We are happy to have that all set up in advance for you or it will be in the closet. We do have games and puzzles in the tv stand. There are outdoor cushions and blankets for the patio.
