The space COMING FALL 2026: We are installing a new top-of-the-line hot tub and new indoor fireplace for winter getaways! The installation is currently scheduled for October along with our new patio! We also welcome up to two well-behaved pets, provided they are registered as part of your reservation before arrival. Step down to your private pier—perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the peaceful river and lake views. The home is positioned in the harbor area where both a sheltered shoreline and no-wake zone typically provide a calm and peaceful waterfront unlike many other areas of the lake and river. Yard Highlights: 🚤 Private dock (April - Oct) NEW - Rock solid Wave Armor dock with large platform and swim ladder 💦 Harbor no wake area (calm water) 🌳 Large private yard, screened from neighbors - one of the largest waterfront lots in the area! 🪵 Fire pit with Adirondack chairs (firewood provided April - Oct) 🍽️ Outdoor Dining - massive picnic table! 🍔 Gas grill 🐕 Pet tie-out area to have your furry friends conveniently nearby 🏸 A growing collection of outdoor games (Cornhole, Bocce Ball, Croquet and more) LAKE KOSH and WATERCRAFT AVAILABLE: Venture out onto the water with host provided kayaks and canoe or rent our pontoon! (details below). You can also bring bring your own boat. Choose a peaceful river cruise or thrilling water sports out on “Lake Kosh”. Paddlers and anglers (ice fishing too!) will enjoy all the lake has to offer. Many guests enjoy cruising to one of the boat-friendly tie-ups to grab a bite at nearby restaurants and Wisconsin supper clubs. In the winter, the lake transforms into a popular destination for ice fishing and snowmobile trail access. Host provided paddle sports - included in rental (April-Oct, watercraft waiver is required, request in advance or complete on-site): 🚣‍♀️ Two 10ft sit-on kayaks 🚣‍♂️ 8ft sit-on kayak (youth) 🛶 14 foot traditional canoe 🏄‍♂️ 10' Paddleboard 🛟 3 youth and 5 adult life vests of various sizes. Guest access The entire home is available to our guests for your private use. Enjoy the home, deck, firepit area, yard, pier and waterfront with undisturbed access to enjoy your stay. The garage is not available to park a vehicle. There are two garden sheds. One is open for guests to enjoy yard games and the other is locked (for our yard equipment). Enjoy your stay!
