We're prominently located in Ijebu-Imusin, 10 mins drive from Ijebu-Ode City Centre & Business Hub, & 70 minutes drive from the Lagos International Airport. We don't just sell rooms, we sell experience, affordability & comfort! Our location is perfect for group bookings, party people, retreats, tech bros, and ladies. Massage services are available for a small fee every Wednesday, or arranged during your trip by appointment only (paid). The space We feature a quiet & secure area with an adequate car park, outdoor and play area for kids. Please note that the air-conditioners will only work when there is government-provided electricity. We have solar electricity generation, but this would power only lights, fans, and TV. All our rooms are private & ensuite, the guest area is private with a mini outdoor shared kitchen for making light meals and tea/beverages. The chalet, which consists of a single ensuite room, has 10 units in number (1 unit per booking), while the suite, which consists of an ensuite room and mini living room, has 4 units, if you want to book more rooms. Each Chalet and Suite can sleep two individuals conveniently on our 6 by 7ft bed, hence all our 14 rooms can accommodate up to 28 individuals if booking for a group. If you need to book more than one unit, this can be included in your booking at an added cost if available. We also have 4 units of small standard ensuite no AC rooms, and 6 units of hostel-type bed spaces, if interested in these additional units as well, please send us a message. If you want to book more than one unit, please send us a message and we will be more than happy to respond. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided at an added cost. We can arrange car/bus hire services and offer pickup and drop-off or town touring trips at an additional cost. Our place is suitable for the young, the old, and happy hearts. Grumpy or ill-mannered people are not welcome. Guest access You can cook your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the kitchen located in the outer area or pay an extra fee for your meals (mostly capped at $10 or less per meal). Other things to note 1. Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is set at noon. 2. For liability reasons, registered guests are to fill in a booking form at check-in and indicate if they are expecting any guest(s). 3. For your security and ours too, there are exterior cameras within the compound. 4. If you ever run into any situation with the law during or after your stay and you are asked to bring them to where you are staying or stayed, do your best to kindly inform us before bringing anyone over. We would be glad to offer any information or answer any questions regarding your stay, but we do not want to be rattled by being taken unawares. 5. If you intend to throw a little or big party within the premises, that is a discussion we MUST have, to be clear on the exact terms. 6. Please, we require to see that you have been verified by Airbnb with a government-approved ID, and it is also important to us that you have a profile picture of you (Not just any picture) before you book. As much as it is your pleasure seeing the face of your intended host, we will be comfortable if we are also able to attach your real face to your name too.
