Folsom's Poolside Studio

Unwind in this private poolside studio oasis just minutes from Historic Folsom, Folsom Lake & The Palladio. Enjoy the courtyard, plush queen bed, smart TV, and fully equipped mini kitchen with appliances/dish-ware, as well as your morning coffee under the gazebo or relax on the pool deck with a glass of wine at sunset. The studio includes a private entrance, full bath, free Wi-Fi, dedicated parking, and access to serene shared outdoor spaces including a beautiful pool and shaded seating areas. The space The studio is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The studio has an AC for the warmer months, and a woodstove heater for the cooler months, along with fans to blow the air appropriately! Enjoy sipping your coffee or tea in the courtyard or poolside! You'll have your own parking space, private studio entrance with pool access from the courtyard, or straight off the studio. Guest access In addition to the studio, guests are welcome to use the courtyard, and pool common spaces. There are 3 gazebos to choose from, pool floaties, loungers, outdoor furniture and dining areas. Guests agree to the pool use rules posted and listed in the guide. Other things to note There are pool towels provided in the studio closet cabinet for pool use. Pool is solar heated May-September. Coffee, tea and basic condiments are also in the studio kitchen.
