Comfortable home away from home!

Whether it’s to stay for a retreat to the beautiful surroundings of Colorado, or you’re in need of a safe, comfortable place to rest nearby the hospital (4 mins away), you’ll have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable! The space Two bedrooms, two bathrooms - king bed and full bathroom with a bathtub upstairs; queen bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Each separate space has living areas with couches and TVs. Full kitchen, fully-equipped. Fridge with ice maker and filtered water. Microwave, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. Dining area with 4 chairs (2 additional chairs are put away for space considerations but can be added to accommodate seating for 6). Downstairs living area has a gym/workout space with Peloton, treadmill, and weights. Washer /dryer downstairs. Small desk with two monitors, docking station, and keyboard/mouse (PC, but adapter-friendly docking station for Mac) also setup downstairs. Garage parking available with prior arrangements, otherwise driveway and street parking available. Fully fenced backyard with table/6 chairs for outdoor dining. I lock off my bedroom and office, but the rest of the house is yours! Guest access Two private bedrooms, two private (detached) bathrooms, comfortable living area (main level), spacious living area (lower level), a fully stocked kitchen and dining area (main level), small office setup (lower level), gym/workout area (lower level), and a yard/outdoor space with deck and outdoor dining space. Other things to note Non-smoking property; no pets please. Fees apply for smoking or pets. I ask that guests remove their shoes as I recently had my wood floors refinished and the carpet is new! **Trains come by a few times per day, creating about 30-45 seconds of noise. They are not allowed to blare horns so it’s just the engine and caboose noise for a short period of time. There is a noise machine to help drown it out in the main level bedroom (in the window sill), as well as a standing fan (in the closet).**
