The space Bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with quality linens, designed to provide a restful night’s sleep. We also have a floor mattress available for extra guests. ( the house has just one king bed in the bedroom) Just please let me know in advance and confirm before your arrival so I can prepare it for you.” 😊 While the home is ideal for two guests, an additional guest can be accommodated upon request. An inflatable mattress or floor mat can be provided for an additional fee — just let us know in advance so we can have everything prepared for your arrival. Heating The home does not have central heating, but each room is equipped with its own wall-mounted heater for personalized comfort. The living room also includes an electric fireplace to create a warm and cozy atmosphere during cooler days. Workspace Option If you’re planning a work stay and would like to enjoy a calm, relaxing environment with a beautiful water view, please let us know ahead of time. We’re happy to set up a dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable chair to make your stay productive and comfortable. The Space The home has been recently refreshed with thoughtfully selected furnishings and essentials to create a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll find comfortable pieces and small touches throughout that help you relax and feel at home during your stay. Guest access For safety reasons, the downstairs area is not accessible to guests. Please use and enjoy the main level of the home during your stay. Other things to note We want your stay to be smooth and comfortable. Please take a moment to review a few helpful notes: 1️⃣ Shoes Indoors To help keep the home clean and cozy for everyone, we kindly ask that shoes be removed inside. Slippers are provided for your comfort. 2️⃣ Heating The home does not have central heating, but each room has its own wall-mounted heater. The living room also features an electric fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. 3️⃣ Fireplace The fireplace is operated by remote control and has two modes: light/sound only or heat. Please return the remote to its place before departure. Let us know if you need any assistance. 4️⃣ Downstairs Area The downstairs space is not part of the guest area.
