The assigned units may be in different buildings and different floors. Sleeping arrangements for both apartments: 🛏️ Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed. 🛏️ Second Bedroom: Queen bed 🛏️ Third Bedroom: Two Twin beds 🛋️ Living room: Sofa bed to maximize space (for the friend who insists on staying up late chatting about that last glass of cabernet) Other Perks: • Full kitchen & dining area (because a charcuterie board deserves more than a tiny fridge) •Private balcony (perfect for continuing to enjoy the wines you picked up along the way!) 📍Totaling 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 4 bathrooms across both units, this setup ensures that your group has plenty of space. Note: No elevator access. Stairs are required. Guest access After a day of sipping your way through the Santa Ynez Valley’s finest wineries, kick back and unwind in style at our resort. Cheers! 🍇🍷 Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well. ✔️The apartment is in a timeshare property and Pictures are from a typical unit. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in. ✔️ The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We will do our best to keep you as close together as possible. ✔️ Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. ✔️ No elevators, stairs are required to access the unit. ✔️ Two vehicles in total can park near the condo; additional cars can park on the street.
