These two separate 3-bedroom condos give you: ✔️ A fully staffed front desk ✔️ Pool, hot tub, fitness cente, BBQ ✔️ Your own privates suites ✔️ Location close to wineries, bakeries, and museums The space 🍷Wine Down in Style at these Two 3-Bedroom Resort Suites! • The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in. •The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 300 feet apart. Sleeping arrangements for both apartments: 🛏️ Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed. 🛏️ Second Bedroom: Queen bed 🛏️ Third Bedroom: Two Twin beds 🛋️ Living room: Sofa bed to maximize space (for the friend who insists on staying up late chatting about that last glass of cabernet) Other Perks: • Full kitchen & dining area (because a charcuterie board deserves more than a tiny fridge) •Private balcony (perfect for continuing to enjoy the wines you picked up along the way!) 📍Totaling 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 4 bathrooms across both units, this setup ensures that your group has plenty of space. Note: No elevator access. Stairs are required. Guest access After a day of sipping your way through the Santa Ynez Valley’s finest wineries, kick back and unwind in style at our resort. Cheers! 🍇🍷 Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well. ✔️The apartment is in a timeshare property and Pictures are from a typical unit. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in. ✔️ The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 300 feet apart. ✔️ Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. ✔️ No elevators, stairs are required to access the unit. ✔️ Two vehicles in total can park near the condo; additional cars can park on the street.
