The living room is comfortable and inviting with a big screen television and large couch for entertaining. Enjoy the eat in kitchen, fully stocked with everything one could want or need to whip up a delicious meal, including: stainless steel pots and bans, an air fryer, blender, toaster, and a whole cabinet dedicated to coffees and teas for those that enjoy a hot beverage in your group. We provide both nespresso pods and ground coffee for your convince. We even have a popcorn maker, perfect for those family movie nights. The kitchen overlooks the fully fenced, private backyard and patio, an oasis adorned with fresh herbs in the garden and a bbq area for ultimate outdoor enjoyment. Each bedroom features a queen bed, closet and dresser. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom , and the other full bathroom is in the hallway area. The house is heated and cooled by a powerful mini split system. Additional space heaters are provided in each room for optimal comfort. The house is at the end of a cul de sac and on the same parcel with another existing vacation rental. There is plenty of space to park and plenty of privacy between units. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire unit and attached backyard as your own during your stay. 2 private driveway parking spaces are available as well. Other things to note This home is at the end of a cul de sac and part of a shared driveway where there is another vacation rental with its own garage and private parking next door.
