Perfect place to relax, only 15 mins to IAH and 30 minutes to Downtown Houston. Calm area to give that suburban feel, with access to the hustle and bustle of the city via highway 59. Free street parking right in front of our house (there is always space). Kitchen available if needed. Please let us know if you need space in fridge --- we can accommodate that for you. Washer & Dryer available if needed. TV in bedroom with streaming services. HDMI cable connected to TV for gaming device/laptop. Your bedroom is upstairs with a bathroom next to it. The bathroom is private - exclusive for your use. We will provide towels, wash clothes, and have extra items if you forget (toothbrush, paste, soap etc.). FYI: we are around the house - we work from home but are often out and about, so if you need anything please let one of us know! Can be reached via a message on Airbnb. Perfect for 1 person, queen bed accommodates 2. This is our home, so we do not allow guests or visitors that are not on the reservation. All guests must be listed on the reservation and provide a valid photo ID prior to booking. Each guest must be invited as a co-guest. Any unreported guests will either cancel. Our space is not suitable for children or animals. Guest access Guests can utilize kitchen, dining, living room, and backyard space.
