Private basement suite in Eudora, minutes from downtown Lawrence. 1BR with a queen bed, a convertible daybed in the living room, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and a private entrance to your space from the garage. The only shared space is the garage itself. We don't allow smoking on our property, incl. driveway. Easy highway access, quiet, clean stay down the road from Lawrence, KU, and a quick drive to Kansas City. A grocery store, restaurants, and a playground are within walking distance. The space On arrival, look for the white mailbox on the South side of the street. Access to the property is through the garage. The garage space is available to allow one guest vehicle with extra room in the driveway or on the street. The garage fits vehicles approximately 180” or less. One bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and iron. The living room space has a daybed that is set up for a twin bed sleeping space or lounging space. Extra linens are provided. There is a small kitchenette space with sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and dishes. A hot plate with pans/pots is available by request. The bathroom has a shower with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner available for use. A washer and dryer are available adjacent to the bathroom. Other things to note Our family lives above this basement space. We have two young children and you may occasionally hear the pitter-patter of their feet above you, or the occasional cry from our infant. Ear plugs are provided. We take pride in the cleanliness in your space and clean it ourselves. We don't allow smoking in the space, nor do we allow it on the property. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can make your stay more comfortable. Extended stay guests may need to allow us access to our storage area or laundry space, but we will always contact you if we need to enter your space, and access would be a rare occurrence.
