This modern California ranch house is tucked away on 10 private acres shaded by old growth oaks. Open, spacious and bright. Lots of amenities. Perfect pool/hot tub area with large shade structure. Sprawling yard, seasonal creek, ample outdoor living areas with misters and ping pong table. Lower level suite with kitchenette/living area/bedroom/bathroom makes this ideal for multiple families or in-laws. We have fourteen 5 star reviews on Airbnb, but couldn't transfer when the property was relisted The space The space We joke about being on vacation every day since we are lucky enough to call this place our home. The spacious interior and sprawling yard areas will give you and your party plenty of things to do both inside and out. If you're anything like us, you'll spend much of your time on the shaded patios or in the sun-drenched pool. Everything feels private and peaceful since we are located at the end of a country road behind an electric gate on 10 oak=studded acres. The house has been modernized throughout with hardwood floors, slate tile, recessed lights on dimmers, mid-century furnishings, polished concrete floors and an abundance of window and skylights bringing the outside in. The house is comfortable year-round with centrally ducted heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, one of each being on the lower level with a small kitchenette-making the downstairs a perfect setup for in-laws or a separate family. Guest access We have a permanent renter in the guesthouse located on the property who does NOT have access to the pool area. There is a large degree of seperation between homes and bamboo shields for privacy... you will most likely not even know they are around. Other things to note Pool and yard maintenance happens on Thursday mornings and someone is scheduled to water house plants babies 2-3 times per month, unless other wise arranged. Periodic cleaning services are available at an additional fee upon request.
