A Roku tv for entertainment. ✨1 Queen bedroom on the main floor. A washroom is located directly in front of this room on the main floor. Frequently Asked Questions Will I share the home with anyone else? No. Every reservation is completely private, your dates booked mean you and your guests will have access to those dates. We never host multiple groups at the same time. Are there stairs? The front entrance has three steps. There is also a bedroom on the main floor for guests who prefer fewer stairs. (Showers are upstairs.) Can I barbecue? Yes. Choose between a propane gas BBQ or a charcoal grill. Please let us know if you will be barbecuing. How close is Lake Simcoe? We’re 5 min from the lake. Guest access Entire home except for the basement and garage. Lock Box code and entry details will be sent morning of booking. Garage is available only to leave garbage at end of stay. Other things to note Home accommodates up to 10 people, no sleeping on the sofas. No outside footwear in the house. The floors are hardwood. No food or drinks in the rooms or upstairs. We pride ourself in keeping a clean space that guests can enjoy. No parties, or reservation is cancelled. This home is our personal space.
