When closed (October–April), the pool deck is locked for safety — but patios, lawns, pond, grill, and fire-pit areas remain open year-round. 🧖 Private Hot Tub — The Sunroom Spa Tucked inside our four-seasons sunroom, this is your own private retreat, no sharing and no strangers. Expertly maintained and balanced before every stay and meticulously cared for throughout, so what you're soaking in is pristine from the moment you step in. That's boutique-hotel standard care, prepared exclusively for you. Must be reserved in advance at $50/night (3-night minimum, $150), based on availability. Offered primarily in the cooler months; warm-season requests are handled case by case, so just ask. The sunroom connects to the main home through a lockable interior door with privacy shades for your comfort and security. If the hot tub needs a quick check or upkeep during your stay, our team accesses it through a separate exterior door, always handled quietly and respectfully. 🔥 Fire Pit Available by request so we can ensure safe setup.
