Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The three bedrooms are available all with queen beds. Spacious couch in living room could easily accommodate a seventh person The kitchen is fabulous as you can tell from the pictures. Full bathroom on the second floor and a half bath in the laundry room. Living room has a gas fireplace. All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the first floor. Hot tub is just off the side porch and can be used for an additional fee . Oversized couch can accommodate an additional person and an optional cot is also available, but please notify us if it will be needed because it is kept in storage when not required. Maximum of 8 guests. No parties. No music heard outside of the house. Not handicapped friendly. Must be able to use steps. Spiral steps to second floor are really neat and part of the original house. Bedrooms are located on the second floor WiFi and password to be provided upon arrival. Windows are not to be opened, except in the case of an emergency such as a fire. The refrigerator is side-by-side with ice and water through the door. The faucet at the kitchen sink is a touch faucet. All you have to do is touch the faucet with your skin and it will turn on and then touch it again and it will turn off. The handle is to be used to adjust the amount of water flow and the temperature. We have a coffee pot, toaster, and enough place settings for six guests. The dishwasher is located to the right of the refrigerator and is elevated 1 foot for ease of loading and unloading. Please load dishes prior to departure. We will wash them once you have vacated the premises. If you need to wash them in between, just load the dishes as usual, put a dish dishwashing detergent pod in the dispenser, close it up and push the normal wash and then start button. We installed a hot tub as of the middle of November 2025. The hot tub is not included in the price. If you would like to use the hot tub as part of your stay, there is an additional $50 per day fee that can be paid through the Resolution Center of Airbnb. The hot tub is brand new and seats up to seven guests. We have a grill on the side porch, which can be used, but we request that you pull the grill out into the open and not have it underneath the porch roof when using it.
