Stay at Tel Aviv G

This house is one of the original houses in the town of Akron, CO built in 1897. It has been fully remodeled in 2025. Enjoy the old and the new craftsmanship placed in a beautiful space. The fence was built out of a barn that was from the 19th century. Some of the furniture in the house was built from old stumps that were on this property. These have been wonderful family projects, we hope you take delight in. Enjoy your stay! The space You will have an entrance to a living room space that is a common area. I suspect no one else will use the space but only to walk through because the other guests have their own living room. To enter into your room you will walk through the kitchen and you have a locked door to access from the kitchen. Your room has an AC unit in the closet if needed. You can open and close the heat vent on the floor as well. There is a mounted split unit in the kitchen. Feel free to open the window. Guests that plan to stay for a month or more please provide your own paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent ect., wall cabinets are for maintenance supplies. Trash gets picked up every Wednesday morning. If you're available to place bins in the ally that would be appreciated. Ally is located behind the shed closer to Adams Ave. Guest access You have your private entrance at the front door that is painted teal. There are three other spaces that will potentially have guests and each has their private entrance as well. During your stay You may see other guests in the shared space. The shared space is your space. Use the bathroom and kitchen as it is yours. Please keep the shared areas clean for all guests. Always be courteous to one another if you do interact with another guest :). Other things to note If you would like both rooms upstairs there is Tel Aviv #1 and Tel Aviv #2 that could be connected. These rooms are connected with two doors in between that each party could unlock their side to have access. If you were to rent #1 and #2 you would have a guaranteed private bathroom.
