The Oasi dei Vandali is a small tourist residence close to the historic center of Mondolfo, 5 km from the sea. The house, renovated in 2018 and equipped with a wi-fi internet connection, is spread over two levels and has a lovely fully fenced garden, also ideal for those traveling with animals. Mondolfo, charming and quiet, is located on the first hill within walking distance of the sea, thus offering the opportunity to enjoy the sea, countryside and historic village in a single solution. The space The property is an entire house on two floors, completely renovated in 2018. The ground floor consists of a living room-kitchen with terracotta floors and a wooden ceiling, and a bathroom. A comfortable terracotta staircase leads to the bedroom on the 1st floor, spacious and bright, with an exposed wooden ceiling and parquet flooring. The finishes and furnishings are cared for in detail, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and a 32' LED TV with satellite channels. The bedroom also has a 49" LED TV with satellite channels, as well as a comfortable single pouf bed, which can be opened on request. Available to guests: washer-dryer, clothesline, fans, hairdryer, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). Upon request, the property provides a linen set consisting of sheets, pillowcases, shower towel, face and bidet for €10 per person per stay (to be paid in cash upon arrival). The garden of the house, completely fenced in such a way that animal guests cannot escape, is accessible both from the public sidewalk (convenient for the use of bicycles) and from the living room; it is equipped with a table and chairs, a masonry barbecue, sun loungers, a bicycle storage room, as well as a pleasant sheltered and discreet outdoor shower, with hot water and views of the countryside. Needless to say, the garden is a plus for those traveling with animals. The house has on-street parking, free and without a parking disc. Guest access The house is completely available for guests, who can enjoy the entire space, outside and inside. It has direct access from a convenient public sidewalk. Parking is free, on the road, and is very easy to find. Other things to note The tranquility provided by the location in the village offers added value to those who want the sea and at the same time stay in a true oasis of peace. The property is just 5 kilometers from the coast, reachable by car in just 5 minutes. Marotta, the seaside village of the area, offers bathing establishments and sandy or pebbled beaches equipped for families, sportsmen and four-legged friends. For lovers of walking, running and mountain biking, the countryside surrounding the property also offers fantastic routes: imagine starting running or cycling from home and, after a good workout, returning home and regenerating with a pleasant hot shower in the garden, in a very discreet location and with a priceless view of the countryside!! The cultural activities organized by the Municipality on summer evenings also offer guests the opportunity for a nice walk in the scenically lit village, to enjoy tourism promotion events such as book presentations in the company of the author, outdoor theater, animated readings for children, etc. Speaking of the sea, just 10 km from the house is Senigallia with its famous velvet beach and the Rotonda sul Mare: here in the summer you can participate in the many organized events, such as the RDS Tour in June, the Deejay Xmaster in July, the Summer Jamboree in August, the Yellow Festival (Ventimilarighe sotto i Mari) and Pane Nostrum in September.
